A few helpful details

Before your first upload.

What should I upload?

An inspection report or a repair proposal. Inspectomatic supports PDF, TXT, PNG, JPG, and JPEG files. Clear, readable documents produce the most useful results.

Are the cost estimates contractor quotes?

No. They are approximate planning ranges in USD. Actual costs depend on the property, access, materials, local labor, and the final scope. Ask qualified professionals for written estimates.

Can I share the report with my clients?

Yes. Export a PDF to share the organized repair scope, estimates, and recommendations with clients and partners. Review it alongside the original inspection before relying on it.

Does my team share a pool of reports?

No. Each Enterprise seat has its own 10-report monthly allowance. Administrators can see company reports; employees see their own. All purchased seats are billed, even before they are assigned.

Does this change a loan or underwriting decision?

No. Inspectomatic is a separate repair-scope tool. Its reports are not an appraisal, inspection, loan approval, or underwriting decision. Discuss financing requirements with the appropriate mortgage professional.
